Sportech started in 1994 as a home-based family business selling aftermarket snowmobile accessories. Today, the company is recognized as a leading supplier of OEM thermoformed plastic products to the powersports industry.
Chris and his wife, Debbie, have lived in Elk River since 1988. They have two children and participate as a family in snocross racing across the country as a part of the International Series of Champions (ISOC) National Snocross tour. In addition to being a passionate motorsports enthusiast, Chris is also an avid outdoorsman.
Chris is a graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications. He serves on several advisory boards and frequently consults with other business owners on business development and corporate culture.

As Controller, Chris is responsible for corporate accounting, forecasting and budgeting, external reporting, corporate operations analysis and strategic planning. Chris is a graduate of Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He also holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Accounting from Alexandria Technical College. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree.
Chris has six years public accounting experience with local and regional CPA firms focusing on audit and attestation services. He also has solid industry experience as Controller in manufacturing organizations. Key areas of interest include strategic planning, financial analytics, and mergers and acquisitions.
Chris and his wife make their home in Big Lake, Minnesota, with their three children. He enjoys being with his family, reading, antique tractors, watching NASCAR and Minnesota Twins baseball.

Jesse has twelve total years of product development experience, which includes everything from complete cab enclosure systems to motorcycle and snowmobile windshields. Jesse is the lead design innovator specializing in ideation sketching and CAD geometry creation.
He also has seven years experience working at the Dealership level holding positions in the parts department, as a mechanic and service manager.
Jesse and his family live in Elk River, Minnesota. When he's not working he can be found at one of the many motocross tracks in Minnesota and Wisconsin either racing or building the track.

Dennis has 18 years of plastic manufacturing experience, which includes 14 years of part design and CNC programming and three years mold making experience.
As Production Manger, Dennis oversees all areas of production including shipping and receiving, Lean implementation and facility management. He ensures the overall quality of Sportech products and maintains the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system requirements and objectives.
Dennis' personal interests include playing hockey, downhill skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and riding motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. He also enjoys spending time at the lake with family and friends. His favorite sports are hockey, football and NASCAR.

Diane is responsible for improving operational systems, management reporting, processes, and policies in support of the company's mission of overall operational excellence. She also oversees and manages the company's ERP operating system, supply chain management including purchasing and inventory control, estimating, and quality in support of our ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Diane has an Associates in Applied Science Degree in Accounting and Business Management. She has worked in an accounting function at various companies before Sportech. Since 2000 she has worn many hats at Sportech and has developed into a passionate contributor to our leadership team.
Diane is the proud mother of two teenage boys, and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Other interests include business networking and volunteering. She also enjoys motorcycling, riding ATVs, golfing, traveling and going to sporting events.

Jim has 16 years of sales and marketing experience in roles of increasing responsibility in diverse markets. With a passion for strategy and new market development, Jim is responsible for developing and leading the Sportech sales and marketing team.
Jim is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
Jim and his family recently moved to Maple Grove, MN. With his wife and two children, Jim also spends a large amount of time at their family cabin in Otter Tail County, MN. Jim lives to find ways to involve his family in a number of their favorite outdoors activities including hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling.
